Aperitifs and bitters stimulate one's appetite before a meal while cordials are traditional after-dinner drinks. Learn how unique and delicious spirits can be prepared from native plants using only one or two ingredients and no specialized equipment. Then join us on the terrace to sample and evaluate a selection of fifteen hand-crafted beverages. Celebrate your next special occasion with your own signature cocktail! (Ages 21 and over).
