Hatha Yoga-Session A

is is the first 6-week session of Hatha Yoga. The second session begins on July 8.
This series of vigorous exercises is designed to strengthen the body and increase flexibility while synchronizing eyes, breath, and body awareness Since Hatha yoga is for multiple fitness levels, some yoga experience is required. As you train yourself to be aware of your breath, learn to relax your mind. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear form-fitting clothes. (Ages 18 and over)
In the event of inclement weather, classes are held indoors.
