This course is for students ages 18 and over.
Increased concentration, decreased anxiety, and a general feeling of well-being can be achieved through the daily practice of meditation. Learn how to be fully present in the moment and allow healing, tranquility, and wisdom to enter our physical and mental being. Make the highlight of your day an hour of peaceful, calming meditation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
