How do you “go native”, adopt sustainable gardening practices, and create a beautiful landscape in a standard suburban lot? Connie Schmotzer, Penn State Extension Specialist, describes how she transformed her half-acre property into a landscape with over 200 species of native trees, shrubs, and perennials, several small meadow gardens, and a cool woodland retreat. Learn how to make a native paradise of your own!

Snow date for this class is Friday, March 23, 2018. This class qualifies for the following professional credits: 2 APLD, 1 CNP credit with DNLA, ISA, and 2 NOFA AOLCP. Two professional development hours (PDH) have been approved for this class through LA CES. This class meets LA CES standards for HSW subject matter.
