John Muir was onto something when he said: “In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.” Experience the benefits to body and mind while exploring Mt. Cuba Center’s historic Gregg Tract and immerse your senses in the movements and changes of autumn. Listen to and look for migrating birds, savor fleeting fall colors, and motivate yourself to continue spending time outdoors as the seasons change. Be prepared for walking on grass covered trails over rolling hills and navigating some uneven terrain.
There are still openings remaining at this time.
