Also known as honey wine, mead can be traced back more than 8,000 years and has some intriguing tales surrounding its history. Doc Cheskin of Liquid Alchemy Beverages discusses and demonstrates how mead is made, using both ancient and modern techniques, after which you sample a variety of products, including one made from Mt. Cuba Center elderberries.
